Samara Siewers: Invest your money? Not sure what you are trying to do but if you are looking to receive a small business grant, there are none. Never pay an advance, upfront or commitment fees to any company for a loan/grant. Visit the SBA.gov site and there are many helpful resources. Check your city/state for MicroLoan programs for small businesses.

Clare Hoard: It's a scam. Go to http://grants.gov/ and follow the instructions. You will find that unless you are a nonprofit, in basic research or daycare, there are no grants for a small business. Some cities offer grants to small businesses if they will locate in the downtown area or want to upgrade their store front, for the purposes of building up downtown traffic.
