Indira Wassell: Is your crystal ball shinier than mine?A good business would be:- you're good at it (if you cook/bake, open a restaurant/bakery)- you enjoy working on it (why open a laundry mart or a gas station if you don't like the smell of dryers or gasoline/diesel?)- you can start making money after year 1 (most business are a loss/break even for the first few months).You need a good business plan before you start. Make sure you analyze the market to figure out if you will be losing money.
