Why leave a child sitting in a system getting more and more confused when a parent may be able to prove abuse did not happen? Or prove the offender is out of the home? There are many reasons why a problem can be quickly corrected. The system needs a place for these cases.Better pay, higher training, and smaller ! case loads for workers.
