what handheld two way radios are waterproof or can take batteries and rechargable?

Kandi Lough: Very few handheld, two-way radios are waterproof. I recall one model that was but I don't know if it's still being made. The problem is that if it's underwater, how can you talk into it? They do make custom plastic bags to put the radios in to protect them against rain and such. This works very well, you just listen and talk through the plastic.
